I haved packed one of the battery, still no way , the power button isn't jammed. since yesterday, if I connect my charger it will show "battery disconnected" thereby won't be charging. am confused. thanks for ur response

Please can someone help me out. I have a Bluetooth device in my car. I usually connect my phones to it and use the device to play music from phones and answer calls. But my Galaxy S4 has been different. It connects to the device, plays music, but when a call comes through, it disconnects and I am forced to answer the call directly from my phone. Other phones I've used worked well with this device except the S4.

hi guys... I just got a UK used Samsung galaxy s4, it's working pretty well except for that am having issues with the Hotspot, it just doesn't work at all. tethering and portable does not even appear under settings. has anyone here experienced such a thing before and what can I do about it please.

Two methods I use is either to boot into download mode pwr+volume down+home key as well as *#0*#.

I suggest u use *#0*#. Clones will not respond to this. Originals will give you a screen full of buttons where you can test various functions about the phone
