AMsorry to come in here, the figure you gave for the stadium in lagos is wrong, before it was 80000 but after putting seats,it dropped to 45000 .Please check ur record.liberty ibadan, amadu bello and MKO abiola stadium are all below 30000 since they now have seats in them. All these reduced during the 1999 under 21 worldcup

The Surulere stadium needs to be demolished and they should build a football stadium with no running tracks

You are absolutely spot on! The new Surulere football stadium should have a capacity of between 60,000 to 70,000.
The Teslim Balogun stadium can be used for athletics and other sports.

Akpan107: Yeah, the best stadium in Nigeria... You are all welcome to Akwa-Ibom State, lovely people and a condusive enviroment!
thats the only thing Akwa Ibom State government has to offer. bragging, boasting and empty promises. all other states have shown achievement. all Akwa Ibom has is a proposed autoCad design. even if it would be built, it would take 3 years of heavy embezzlement in 3 tenures. remember the five star hotel, independent power project, tropicana whatsoever, and the supposed ibaka deep sea port. Am tired of seeing my people been FOOLED. Akwa Ibom is the one of the highest paid state in the federation, if not the highest..
