Hey fellow nairalanders, I would love your help in the preparation of curry sauce and coconut rice..as this christmas dinner requires a spice-up in foods. Thank you

grate your coconut, wash your rice, pour the coconut water into d pot, add water to it,you may add little oil, place to boil, then pour the washed rice and add salt, cook till done. then you have coconut rice. in making curry sauce, prepare your roux, add white stock, curry powder, raisins, dessicated coconut and season, stir together and cover to boil for few minutes, you get ur curry sauce
