These people are just incredible! While South Africa power generation stands at 34,000MW at the moment, they are celebrating 4,350MW and calling it a "feat?" bunch of old fools
The BIG question is, where are we coming from?
Is it getting better or reversing? I have 22 hours of light consistently in the past 2 weeks at least and I can see the improvement.

It's not only about generating 4300MW. What about wheeling the generated power with minimal losses to the transmission stations? What about efficient distribution and more distribution transformers? I want to submit that if nothing is done about effective and efficient transmission n distribution, we can generate well over 10000MW n still remain in darkness. QED.
