pls whats the right answer for "WHY DO U WANT TO LEAVE"? i was asked that question wen i went for an interview

i will like to leave because i want to move ahead in life and face a more challenging task.

poser, interviews r all about telling the truth but with a creative spin. keep in mind that if u r lying to get the job u'll probably not enjoy it much anyhow, so i'd always advocate a truthful approach to this as with all interview questions. But that said, let's run through a few answers that should work out well.

I have career goals of (name goals here) and the organisation could not provide me with further professional development and growth in that area.

The work culture of my present employer doesn't encourage me to fully utilize my skills and competencies.

For growth prospect

Tell them that you set a target for your self at your last place of employment and that you are leaving in quest for professional development.
trust me that is what i told my interviewer in my present place of work Dec. last year , iam working for them now .
just be your self and be very self confident
