my cousin was banned from entering the UK because he was wrongly advised by his visa agent.he submitted fake bank statement, during the visa application t hey issued a ban till 2021.

my question is will that affect his visa application to visit to any schegen country.
is it advisable for him to renew his Nigerian passport,so he will look like a fresh applicant.
pleasee advice
