Merry xmas nralanders! Have a wonderful celebration!

Pls I do not understand my body lately!

You know the rush of adrenaline one gets when anxious about something or wen startled by someone?

For some weeks now I've been having this rush feeling down to my tummy! It scares me cos I can't explain what brings it on!! Even when am not anxious about anything.

If I'm expecting a visitor I feel it,if I'm thinking of what to wear I feel it,if I'm thinking of goin out I feel it! Unnecessary things every day things

The only time I don't feel it is if I engage in 1activity or d other! It makes me restless,I can't stay still cause then it will come!!

I feel depressed already! I feel this release of adrenaline unnecessarily is harmful!

Pls can someone explain this to me! Its killing me!!
