Yea the location sango ota is probably too remote so you need to do more to attract potential employees.

try being more specific:
1. How far will I be driving? Will it be inter-state travels?
2. Are you providing the car+fuel or will I be responsible for the car?
3. Yea it's part time but be specific. How often will the errands be? twice a month? 10 hours a week? On call? Weekends?
4. How much are you paying (are you even paying at all)? if you don't want to disclose the pay you can say things like 'competitive renumeration' 'basic wage with benefits,' 'reasonable pay' 'in-kind payment' 'I will buy you lunch in exchange' etc

Also, emphasize how this job will benefit the job seeker:
1. You will get a chance to deal with clients and network with people in the IT business.
2. learn more and participate in behind the scenes of running a business like Nairaland
3. flexible part time job where you can have another part time or full time job on the side
4. I will make you moderator
5 whatever else is a valuable skill that the person will gain from working with you.

You made us believe that an advert placed on plan A will receive 578,012 views daily. But checking this post right now i am only seeing just 2278 views by 10:29PM of 27 December ( close to 2days after you placed this advert) .

Seun, could it be you're not telling us (potential advertisers) the truth about nairaland? or there is something we are not understanding?

Why is the case not the same for a vacancy ad on the 'almighty nairaland' that should have attracted atleast one-third of the 578,012 views.

The ad seun used to pull traffic to this thread didnt say 'advert for a part time driver' rather it said 'can u drive?' and such questions must definitely attract over 80% of peeps at nairaland, because we both will agree that virtually that amount of percent knows how to drive, and as such for everyone who sees such ad asking that thread will definitely click.

Now imagine 80% or above clicking and we are only seeing 2278 views after 2days is rather strange or unusual. getit?
