Hello nairalanders, I have been trying to opt out of the weekly BIS subscription on etisalat for a while now, all to no avail, if I load 1500 airtime(which is meant for a month) they will deduct 500 for weekly and d same happens d following week, I have tried calling their customer care all to no avail...

U have to opt out of blackberry voice pln totally to either easy cliqq or easy starter before u resubscribe

You can only opt out with the 'opt out code' while ur BIS plan is still ACTIVE.

easy starter, dial *244*2#
to check your plan dial *244*3#
to opt out dial *229*0#

Just pop into there customer relations centre, and it will be done through their systems directly for you.
