You explain to the company why you won't be able to make it that day.
They should be considerate.

You have power over yourself therefore, you can either reschedule the interview by telling them, if possible, about your wedding date which has clashed with the interview date OR change your wedding date if they insist by a week or two weeks.
Getting a good job in life is a fortune and an opportunity, pls do not blow the chance, I am regretting some of my actions now.

I think there is need for you to call them and make them understand the situation on ground. Like k2039 said, they should be considerate owing to the fact that, wedding is once-in-a-lifetime-thing. I believe you will end up getting that job still, but then you need to go on with your wedding. If really it's God's wish that you will have the job, then surely it will be yours. But, if there is any possibility of changing the wedding date, then you can go ahead with that. Although, i know this will not come handy for you to do.
I feel you should call them ASAP so as to relate the issue with them and get to know what their response would be...

SAFO: Why do I feel like the op left out the part about a do or die million dollar contractI was expecting that too cos I have heard a lot of variants of this question.
@OP, call the company and tell them of your wedding also send them an invitation too so they would believe you
