Sincere 9gerian:
May be you didn't hear about the popular story (though unconfirmed) that in 2003 OBJ had to practically kneel down to beg Atiku not to contest in the PDP primary election then so as to make him (OBJ) unopposed? The story had it that had Atiku contested for that primary election, he would have defeated OBJ. It was part of the reason OBJ fought back fiercely to oppose Atiku in 2007, when OBJ had completely taken over the PDP political machinery. Therefore in this game, one has to balance political influence with performance. Okonjo Iweala and the agric minister for instance cannot be of help to the president when it comes to PDP primary. It is the level of political influence the president wields among the governors and the likes of Aneni that will help. Except you'r a child, you should understand these
things

In other words Anenih is on the board of NPA to steal money to use in getting GEJ to a second term in office.
Brilliant at least you were sincere. cheesy shocked

Of course I understand these things! Am a political scientist GEJ is just playing politics. But as a matter of fact he's playing politics at the detriment of the people he swore to protect and serve, he's trying to secure and cover his own ass at the expense of the Nigerian populace.

What GEJ is doing Is what no well meaning leader will ever do. Obama, Mandela and co will never succumb to such low standards of thinking. GEJ is thinking about himself and he's future, what kind of well meaning leader does that? If he really means well he will certainly know that "election is not a do or die affair". Sincere 9gerian "a good name is better than riches" am sure you know that!.
