1. Contract of Sale: This is a legal document issued by our company to you binding both parties. It specifies the terms and conditions applicable with your purchase and payments for the property. You will receive it after your first installment.

2. Registered Survey: This is a duly registered copy of the actual drawing of the property from the Surveyor’s General office for the property once you have completed payment. It shows your ownership claim and actual size of the property.

3. Deeds of Assignment: This is a document giving you total rights of the plot(s) of property you now own. You will receive this two weeks after completion of payment.
