Our client, a key player in the Consulting industry needs qualified and competent individuals to fill the following vacancies as a matter of utmost urgency.
JOB: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE (1 VACANCY)
Overall Objective- Perform Clerical duties and Front Office Management and coordination and the general supervision of certain staff.
• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
• Operate communication systems, such as telephone, switchboard, intercom, two-way radio, or public address.
• Route emergency calls appropriately.
• Relay or route written or verbal messages.
• Page individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging or interoffice communication equipment.
• Perform clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail.
• Management and supervision of Securities, cleaners etc
• Inward and Outgoing Mail Management and recording ; stamp messages with time and date and file them appropriately.
• Responding to client’s enquiries and questions about company’s businesses.
• Monitor alarm systems to ensure that secure conditions are maintained.
• Record messages, suggesting rewording for clarity or conciseness.
• Keep records of calls placed and charges incurred.
• Complete forms for sales orders.
• Handling confidential information which would have immediate negative impact on the company operations, performance, or value if shared beyond its intended audience.
• Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence in supporting the company’s operations and activities
• Assisting the MD in the timely management of all communication, both written and via telephone, e-mail and voice mail with a variety of constituents; compose letters and statements independently requiring interpretation and application of organizational policies, rules and regulations and monitoring follow up with all distributions that require answers, responses and written replies.
• Using initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support duties, managing complex calendars, arranging meetings/travel.
• Preparing agendas; attending meetings and transcribing correspondence from handwritten notes and machine dictation, and maintaining extensive office files.

Experience: Minimum 1 year similar experience in any industry.
Qualification: OND in Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field in any Social Sciences or Arts Field.

JOB: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (1 VACANCY)
Overall Objective- Perform Administrative, Operations and human resources Management and coordination and the general supervision of certain staff.
• To ensure compliance with company’s rules and regulation and liaise with the vendors for prompt service delivery from time time.
• Prompt reporting to Management on company’s performance in relation to both human and material resources.
• Develop and Document programs, policies, procedures and processes to ensure proper and efficient resource management and provide real-time information to aid the management decision making process.
• Provide guidelines on the methods ,processes and techniques necessary to ensure accurate and reliable job roles by employees
• Oversee the safety, welfare, wellness and health of all employees
• Provide adequate reporting structure based on the organizational structure of the organisation
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory concerns and reporting feedback promptly
• Providing adequate recruiting and staffing logistics;
• organizational and space planning;
• performance management and improvement systems;
• Good organization development;
• Structuring and Planning of employee orientation, induction, development, and training alongside employee relations;
• company-wide committee facilitation;
• Provide adequate effective communication among employee and the Management;
• Prompt employee services and counseling.
• Deep Knowledge of best practices in Resource Handling and Management

Experience: Minimum 3 years similar experience in any industry.

Qualification: Good First degree in business administration or any related field. Possession of higher degree in related discipline will be an added advantage. Membership of relevant professional organization.

JOB: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (1 VACANCY)
Overall Objective- Delight our customers by delivering outstanding service to customers and selling the company's products to achieve set target.
 Present and sell company services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge to achieve sales target.
 Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
 Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
 Provide market intelligence reports on competitor's activities.
 Identify sales prospects and develop old accounts as assigned.
 Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.
 Develop new accounts.
 Identify and resolve client concerns.
 Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
 Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to manager.
 Develop and implement special sales activities to increase company’s revenue.
 Prepare presentation and proposals.
 Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in similar industry and managing corporate account. Consulting experience is added advantage.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Marketing, Economics or any related field in any Social Sciences Field.
