Introducing Youth Herald…the voice of the Nigerian Youth

Youth Herald is an online newspaper that is based on the citizen model of journalism, where all content is provided by the public like you and me. Notable examples of citizen journalism reporting from major world events are the Arab Spring and the Occupy Wall Street movement. Join the revolution in Nigeria by speaking with one voice. The Nigerian Youth makes up at least half of the population and it is time to take a position and tell your leaders and elders what you have always wanted to say.

This model of youth reporting has been successfully launched in India, US and the UK with the World Bank and the IMF recognising such platforms as the official voice of the youth.

The Youth Herald will be launched over the next few weeks and is interested in intelligent contributions from youths between the ages of 18 and 35. The newspaper will focus on key issues facing youths in Nigeria. We are looking for contributions as it pertains to you as a Nigerian Youth across Business/Economy, Politics, Education & Careers, Entertainment, Religion, Lifestyle (Health, Travel Sports etc), Technology etc. If you have something to say, we would love to hear it.
