1. Administrative Manager (Location: Lagos)

Duties:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs by:
• Supporting Directors and departments in identifying resourcing requirements and creating clear and effective job descriptions
• Ensuring the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to comply with local regulatory employments and labour laws.
• Actively managing recruitment process
• Supporting employee orientation, development and training
• Developing and documenting HR policies
• Developing and administering a compensation and benefits package for staff
• Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Developing and maintaining a performance appraisal system - utilizing tools such as 360-degree feedback as appropriate
• Liaising with external agencies/institutions on corporate matters
• Drive the preparation of personal development plans for each staff member
• Responsible for positive employee and industrial relations management
Qualifications and Requirements:
• First degree (HND or B.Sc) in any relevant degree,
• Masters degree a plus
• Minimum 3 years in Admin Function
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with little or no supervision
• Good knowledge and exposure to vehicle and facility management

2. Medical Representative (Location: Lagos, Akure and Kaduna)
3. Medical Representative (Oncology) – Location: LAGOS, IBADAN, ABUJA, KADUNA, ENUGU, PORT HARCOURT)

Duties (for 2 and 3 above)
• Contact customers.
• Find out the needs of the customers.
• To uphold about the product to the customers.
• Try to satisfy the needs.
• Ensure the terms and conditions of the sale.
• Be concerned about the opinion of the customers after selling the product.
• Arrange appointments with medical teams, doctors and pharmacists.
• Making presentations to the medical professionals like: doctors, pharmacists, nurses, practice staffs and to all the necessary personnel related to the sector.
• Presentations should take place to a suitable time and place for all thus the targeted people can come conveniently. Like: the presentation may take place during the day time or may be in the evening or at a hotel’s or restaurant’s conference venue.
• Build and maintain positive connections and working relationships with medical personnel and also with the supporting administration.
Qualification and Requirements
• B.Pharm, B.Sc Science
• Minimum of 2 years in similar position
• Computer Literate: Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point
• Valid Driver License

4. PRODUCT MANAGER (MEDICAL)
Duties:
Experience in sales of medical equipments, i.e. dialysis, good presentations, communication and writing skills, etc

Qualification and Requirements
• Pharmacy graduate registered with pharmacy council / HND / B.Sc / MBBA
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Pharmaceutical sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team building abilities
• Responsible for designing the strategies for the Brands and making brand plans
• The person must have valid driving license
