I am suprised to know that some people I don‘t expect now eat twice daily. Not because they are dieting,
it has got to do with management of resources & the economy.
well, may be this might not be the case generally.

since i can remember, in my house we eat just twice, morning and night. and its not cos there isnt food. its just a lazy habit we formed @ home d that stuck.
i remember my mum and dad would go to work in the morning and return @ night. so our lunch was in the hand of my eldest sister. once its afternoon and u tell her that ur hungry, she will ask u if u dont knw where the kitchen is. lol.
na so two times a day food start ohhh, and till nw all my siblings eat two times even as we are all grown up and can prepare our own meals.

Personally, I skip meals a lot as I am very busy. From observation, others try to eat thrice even if all the meals are not high quality or balanced.

I have a very terrible eating habit..sometimes I forget to eat cos of work, three square ke? I never chop two finish gan..But I hope to get better this year.
