al mustapha was sentenced to death by hanging months ago but has he been hangedwhere is the judiciary that made that decision??is this how slow law is supposed to be not that i want him to be hanged but this truly proves how ineffective the nigerian law and constitution is.....the law is too slow to act and the constitution is just there for fancy...how long do we have to wait to see the full impact of any law decided?? besides, capital punishment should be revoked
