Its probably the toyota version of the lexus rx330 known as the toyota harrier and may have been coverted from rhd too .. A lexus can never come with fabric seats. an lx330 dosent exist either

This SUV was most likely converted from RHD to LHD, however, there are certain lexus trims that come with fabric seats.
