Role: To manage & proper implementation of the IT infrastructure and
service to a defined and agreed corporate system strategy aimed at
the current and future information needs of the business.

Principal duties and responsibilities
Strategic
 Develop and oversee, in conjunction with the Management Team, the strategy development and strategy implementation processes, and the annual operating plans and budgets of the with regards to ICT.
 Advise on the strategic direction of key electronic resources including websites and information databases.

Development:
 Develop and implement DINL's ICT strategy including product and service technology development & support. Oversee ICT support (infrastructure development, systems support and maintenance) to KFC outlets and Head office.
 Review and manage information processes and resolve gaps or weaknesses

 Provide technical support for the development of information databases and resources including call centre services, Assistive Technology database, the Customer Management Suite, the voluntary sector database, and KFC's Information Board web based resources.
 Proactively identify and develop new and innovative ways of disseminating information to clients and the public.
IT Supports:

 Manage DINL's Information Board’s internal ICTs and ICT infrastructure requirements including the use of third parties to supply services.
 Ensure the provision of systems support and maintenance to KFC otulets and other staff as required
 Liaise with different stakeholders to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the ICT systems vendors and to provide the required support.
 Lead new ICT projects from purchasing through full implementation, training and support.
 Ensure the standard of after sale service and training provided by the systems vendors.
 Arrange and conduct ICT trainings for all stake holders: FM Contracts Managers, and other FM providers.
 Manage and develop DINL's ICT service continuty plans and backup.
 Supervise ICT assets' database creation and ensure continuous updates.

Organization and Resources:

 Lead, motivate and develop the capability of the ICT team, to achieve agreed annual targets.
 Prepare and update a work-plan for the delivery and ongoing development of the DINL's Information Board’s ICT function.
 Manage effectively the deployment of resources, budgets and staff in the ICT function in order to achieve the overall targets under his/her responsibility.
 Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by the COO or any Senior Management Staff. from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
 First Degree in ICT or ICT related field. An additional Degree or professional ICT certifications will be an added advantage.
• Previous job related experience will be of significant advantage. Experience in QSR industry will of great advantage. More than 4 years experience in IT systems engineering
• Microsoft Windows Environment: Win2000/XP Client/Server, Windows mobile 2003-2006, PDA & Barcode scanners.
• Networking & Backup/restore Technologies: Cisco switches/routers/Firewall, Citrix MetaFrame, Symantec VERITAS, Antivirus.
• Database Administrator (DBA): Oracle, MS SOL Server, MS Access.
• Programming & system developments: web technologies (lIS, ASP, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript), desktop technologies(MS Visual Studio. Net)
• Excellent in speaking, writing and reading English.
• Very well organized and have the ability to work independent and with people as a team member and leader in an office environment.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Positive attitude, good judgment, strong work ethic and self initiated.
• Ability to work under pressure
