As in my neck gets stiff and all attempt to go for jugular, it gets worse. And its reoccuring often. I'm getting scared now

let me get some more info from you and see if i can arrive at some thing. How old are you...Are a teen, a middle aged ,older or elderly person? When did you first notice this stiffness? Is it associated with pain? Does the stiffness start somewhere else(like head) and move to your neck? Does it come everytime,before,during or immediately after being intimate? Are you hypertensive? Any additional info will be of help.

Am 34yrs it happen every 30mins after intimate,it doesn't attach headache.am not hypertensive

I can only think it's associated with or*gasm,but you said it occurs about 30mins after being intimate. You may try a different position during intimacy or abstain from intimacy for sometime.
