We are all aware of the evil perpetrated by omo-oniles trying to re-sell an already sold piece of land to another person. A colleague of mine bought a half plot somewhere in Ogun State 4months ago and was suddenly summoned today to come and 'do something' on the land to prevent re-sale. He's now wondering which one will scare away intending buyers - Foundation or Fencing round? Again, which one is cheaper to quickly put in place? Thanks, peeps!
