Hello Nairalanders,
It's about time our beloved NAIRALAND hit the One Million members Mark. As at when this topic was created (Sunday, 13 January 2013 at 09:29 AM) we have about 997302 registered members. From this statistics it is clear we are only short of 3000 members and that I believe is little or nothing.

So guys I am encouraging all of us to spread our networking tentacles and get people registered! This can be done before the end of Feb if we all work together. I am very sure we can 'cos we are NAIJA! Lets make it happen!

Whats the point? Most of the users have multiple handles anyway, if properly scaled down the users on this forum would not be more than 500.

^^^Right on point bro, they keep banning folks to increase the number of their users cheesy lol, 1 million users with less than 100k real users. Almost 95% have at least 2 user handles....hmmm Mr. Seun!

Used to think that Mr. Seun Osewa is the owner of Nairaland untill I saw this post!

Why do most folks think every user has 2 id's on Nairaland..i've got one and am cool with it..i've got no time to be registering multiple id's..i see it as a waste of time IMHO though..

@OP...this can be done even overnight..the forum just need to do a thing..a unique and spectacular thing..

good point, with so so ban and post hidden syndrome. people here have uncountable usernames. I doubt if this forum has upto 500 members.
e.g during the G-revolution, many registered new multiple accounts to participate for the fun of it.
