A reputable media agency and its subsidiary company with head office in Lagos require seasoned professionals to fill the under listed positions:


1. MANAGER, Buying and Control (for media agency)

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 7 years hands-on experience at least 3 of which should be in a senior mgt
advertising agency.
• Must be an expert in advertising analysis
• Must be a registered member of APCON.
• Must be between the ages of 32-40 years.
• Keep up to date with activities in the socio-economic development in Nigeria.
• Track trends in the media industry’s development: media interplay, research figures, audience change;
• Monitor competitive buying strategies
• Negotiate with media companies/partners to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in
broadcast, OOH, digital and print advertising media.
• Ensure booking of media campaign in line with agreed execution strategies/timelines among others.


2. MANAGER, Strategy and Planning

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 7 years hands-on experience at least 3 of which should be in a senior mgt advertising
agency.
• Must be a registered member of APCON.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and excel
• Must be between the ages of 32-40 years.
• Liaise with the creative agency team, client’s contact and consumers to develop media strategies and
campaigns.
• Analyse data using specialist software like Mediastar.
• Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits.
• Recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations.
• Lead strategy document presentations.

3. MANAGER, Finance & Admin
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution preferably in Economics and Accounting
• Must be ICAN/ACA/ACCA Certified.
• Minimum of 7 years experience from reputable organization with exposure to the Advertising industry
• Self-confident with ability to withstand pressure.
• Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideal age should be between 32-40 years.
• Manage the agency’s financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with corporate
accounting policies and principles.
• Coordinate financial planning, operations and controls of the agency for optimal efficiency and ensure the
functionality of the financial structure.
• Oversee the treasury function to ensure cash flow for the business is secured.
• Preparation of Financial, Management & Audited Accounts both for regulatory bodies and Board of Directors.
• Liaise with external bodies such as Banks, Tax Auditors from State and Fed. Govt and Company’s external
auditors.
• Supervise sundry issues such as: PHCN matters, Phone & Internet matters, Log book, ensuring order in the
office.

4. MEDIA EXECUTIVE
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a senior management position.
• Strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results.
• Ideal age should be between 28-35 years.
• Work with the client and the account team to understand the client's business objectives and advertising
strategy.
• Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
• Analyze data using specialist software like mediastar.
• Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits.
• Ensure campaign materials are duly registered with regulatory authority (NAFDAC, APCON) before exposure in
media


5. FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
• Ideal age should be between 25-30 years.
• Provide support in the day-to-day office management like facilitating office supplies request for every
department
• Assists all walk-in clients, vendors, etc.
• Monitors visitor’s access and issues passes when required by keeping an updated schedule of events and
information for visitors.
• Answers all incoming calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards business calls to appropriate
personnel/department.
• Receives, sorts and routes business mails by keeping a record of all incoming & out-going correspondence.


6. COMPANY SECRETARY & LEGAL ADVISER


• Good first degree in Law from a reputable institution
• A higher degree or professional qualification such as LLM or ACIS will be an added advantage
• Must have a minimum of 5yrs of proven post call practice experience.
• Must have strong Advocacy skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and excel.
• Ideal age should be between 30-40years.
• Provides internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to registration of new companies.
• Provision of a broad range of corporate professional services to the Group.
• Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreement, etc.
• Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements of the law including procurement and renewal of
licenses, agreement e.t.c.
• Provision of other services as may be required from time to time by the Group.


7 FAST FOOD MANAGER – for its Subsidiary Company
• Good first degree in any discipline and a MBA is ideal.
• Minimum of 10years of relevant working experience in a similar fast food outlet
• Previous experience in branding and opening new outlet in the region is essential
• Operations leadership experience and ability to manage overall operations issues
• Strong negotiation skills
• Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Devising and marketing promotional campaigns
• Ensuring standards of hygiene are maintained and that the eatery complies with health and safety regulations
• Planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets.
