Download the blackberry desktop application first. There should be an option to reload phone software 1 Like |

BB desktop manager is long tin. Use Jl_cmder or BBSAK . Just go ask @ htt://.com . They have experts on standby to send u d software nd teach u hw to use it for free. Pls dnt experiment else u crash ur phone. Check out their forum 1 Like |
