An Oil and Gas servicing company in Lagos requires the services of a Temporary Human Resource Officer, who will work for a 3 - 4 month period on contract basis.

The individual is expected to ;
Assist with recruitment processes
· HR Policy Management .
· Managing Personnel Records.
· Managing employee probation.
· Implementing leave management process.
· Issuing and managing employment contract.
· Implementing training and development process.
· Managing employee benefits, pensions, health care, life assurance, etc.
· Managing employee disengagement.
Assisting with performance management and improvement tracking.
· Assist with implementing new employee induction programme.
· Training logistics and records keeping.
· Pension PFA Documentation and relationship management.
· Life insurance list updating and management.
· Workmen’s compensation list update and management.
· Assisting with the performance management process.
· Assisting with preparation and circulation of the news letter.
· Staffs exit documentation and management.
· Email address management and email management induction.
· Employee welfare issues; birthdays, condolences, marriages, etc.
· Maintaining confidential employee information and records.
· Provide authorized information from employee personal records.
· Keep track of employee personal details; address, marital status, changes in job titles, etc.
· Issuance of identity cards and other HR Documents to new staff.
· Preparing input for HR Monthly report.
· Any other job assignments given by the HR Manager.
