My keys are malfunctioning. sometimes key 9, down arrow key keeps entering and I can't use the system during this period. as a keyboard doctor, what could be the cause virus or the keyboard? Pls I need your opinion to make an informed decision. system is HP Envy M6, Windows 8.1 |

claycares:You laptop keyboard is bad and needs total replacement without a new one. The laptop keyboard is not repairable so you have to replace with a brand new one and it costs 6k with the fixing. How soon do you want to fix it. |

Good Evening Oga, not sure u can remember me. You assisted me with my laptop screen repairs some months ago. been a while, hope business is ok? I need your help again. my laptop lid is loose, guessing the flex is weak and needs replacement. when you open the laptop it slams back close because its slack. how much would it cost for an acer 4720z flex replacement?
