Grisha Ghead, the Egyptian
referee who officiated the
Nigeria versus Zambia match
have been sent home.
Sports Vanguard gathered that
the referee was sent home by
the Confederation of African
Football after it was discovered
that the penalty he awarded to
Zambia which resulted in the
equaliser against Nigeria, late in
the second half of the crucial
encounter was questionable.
Our checks confirmed that the
decision to send the Egyptian
home was taken after CAF had
undertaken a review of the tape
of the match and it was
concluded that the penalty was
uncalled for and undeserved.

this is like medicine after death. The Zambian FA should be investigated for any link to this injustice against Nigeria.
I hope it serves as a deference to other Refs.

This is absolute rubbish, africans with their way of thinking, most of us are fans of european clubs where mistake is a cosistent thing, week in week out, yet they are never being disgraced.
