I would like to know restaurants in the US and their main courses you have tried that you actually liked. I would prefer the dishes have some similarities to the Nigerian taste, like spicy. But other differing tastes are welcome.

For now I am currently stuck with PF Chang's fried rice (combo, extra spicy). One of the best fried rice I've ever tasted. Been an ardent 'chopper' since 2010.
Also who serves the best steak?
