About the Course
Led by Olukayode B.A. Fabunmi, the Country Chair of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA), this intensive one-day training course will include interactive discussions and case studies on structuring successful PPPs in Nigeria including PPP parties’ responsibilities, BOT and Concession, distinctions between PPP and similar relationships, PPP and Project finance, as well as mitigating areas of conflict between Government and the private sector. The Training will exhaustively answer the following questions:
*How do PPPs work for infrastructure projects?
*What contractual relationships should parties enter into?
*Why do PPP projects fail in Nigeria?
*How to achieve a win-win situation for both partners?
