DEAR NAIRALANDERS CAN WE BUTT HEADS ON WHICH LOCAL GOVERNMENT IS THE RICHEST IN NIGERIA IN TERMS OF NATURAL RESOURCES. WE SHOULD NOT INCLUDE NOT INCLUDE CRUDE OIL BECAUSE MOST OF IT IS TAPPED OFFSHORE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO DEMARCATE LGA BORDERS THERE. YEARNING FOR YOUR INPUT PLS.
