[color=#550000]The husband of the Medical Director of FMC Owerri, who is presently the Head of Department of Dentistry, obtained a questionable certificate of registration from the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council in 1986. He used this questionable registration certificate to obtain the present job at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri. This registration is termed' questionable', because a petition by some doctors in 2005, prompted the Medical Director to make the husband repeat Housemanship in 2007 in Port-Harcourt; if there was nothing wrong with that Registration there would not have been need for a repeat Housemanship. This is like a Judge or Magistrate going back to Law School after practicing for so many years. This means that from 1986 to 2007, Mr. Benneth Uwakwern, the husband of the Medical Director was not qualified to practice as a Dentist. The wife, the Medical Director of FMC Owerri, placed the husband who was doing a 'second Housemanship' on salary Grade level 17 and an official car. This fraudulent act should disqualify the Medical Director from seeking any political elective position in Nigeria, and holding a political appointment like Director in any government institution. It is important to point out that those who are aware of this information are hounded, intimidated, demoted, some dismissed, and others even threatened with bodily harm. There are court cases on this matter against the MD and her husband. All pieces of evidence are attached.
