It has been annouced that the long awaited Rivers State Teachers Interview that was cancelled has been scheduled to start from the 4th of February 2013 with different dates for different candidates. So go to the state secretariat and check your names for your interview date and venue.

The interview is a continuation. Those who had there's like me on the 5th n 6th of Nov. is still valid. There names is not included.

I ve told my sis to check mine 2moro, am so far from ph now, precisely Ekiti State, just hopes she sees my name this time, the other time she said she didn't c my name even though i scored 170 just hopes God intervens this time

Yes carry your complete credentials with 2 passport but to be on the safe side carry more than 2passports and ur writing materials for the test and dress cooperate.

Since am yet 2 complete my NYSC so i shouldn't bother coming or?

All credentials in two sets.from birth reciept ( cert) to ur last certificate.

i submitted all my credentials excluding NYSC when they were accepting it n my name was shortlisted so i purchased d scratch card, registered n sat 4 d exam. I know so many serving with me that did same

They will give you guys any topic to write an essay on it in 20mins then the Oral is to explaine what you wrote to the panel.

My own question for the interview was "WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A TEACHER". You would be given 20mins to write as many points as you can. Then for the oral I was asked to explain the same thing I wrote on paper and was asked the subject I want to teach and why. I told them I applied to teach french and I scattered the interviewers with the french.

Just relax and have fun its nothing difficult.

go to d secretariat n check ur name, my name was omitted in d first list but boldly written in this new list, so hurry n check urs

The list is pasted only at secretariat for those that haven't done their own yet before it was suspended.The interview starts on Monday so go and check yours so you won't be taken unaware.

Write as much as you can and try to know what you have written because you will explain it orally.
