You would be charged. MOULD is the applicable if you're making DEBOSSED type of Wristband... Its a Metal that engraves your WriteUp/Logo into the Silicone Wristband.

You would not need to pay MOULD fee for the following;

1. If you are making a design which mould had being made already (maybe another client)

2. If you wish your wristband is Printed instead of Debossed... Then you either pay for Printing Plate (Which is cheaper than mould) or you dont pay for Print at all as some Suppliers would agree.
A wristband maker I met says i should pay 60 bucks (USD) for one mould, Please could u advice me on probable cost range for debossed printed.
