This not the first neither the last. Whenever Nigeria is playing whether they are winning or losing PHCN must interrupt the light in my area. Am in Abia currently and there was light since morning but during the 1st half, just few minutes we score the 3rd goal the light went off! Do you experience the same in your area? |
