If he had cancer, he probably has 1-2yrs left. The problem is Nigerian politicians one chance themselves. They steal money that kills them. The money that they will use to develop facilities which will detect cancer on time are not there. It is until they fall sick, they go and check their health status. By that time it is too late, and they don't have too much time left. He is only buying time at this point. He will be back in London. This is what happens when they think the people they are stealing from are mugu, they magalize themselves.
