Before you can define who you are, you have to understand your personality. Personality can be defined as the various aspects of a person's character that combine to make them different from other people. People differ in characters and attitudes, that's what makes personality unique in different ways. Questions such as "WHAT DO I LIKE TO DO" or WHO AM I" should be taken into consideration when determining one's personality.

Traits can be defined as distinguishing qualities or characteristics that every individual possesses. Therefore, personality traits are the distinguishing characteristics that make you "YOU". Personality traits are also those set of unique qualities, attitudes, actions, behaviours you possess or exhibit. While a lot of people might have similar personality traits, each person combines their own traits in a different way to create one unique, irreplaceable set of traits that make up that individuals personality.
There are many different personality types and it is sometimes difficult to classify a person into a single type as a result of that. The best way to determine a positive personality, is for you to consciously create your own personality. It is as simple as that, knowing fully well that your personality is who you are, you must strive to build a positive personality that would affect others.

And also work towards improving it. Your personality is entirely up to you. It is in the actions you take and the decisions you make. You are either a patient person or you are not; a responsible person or you are not, there are no two ways about it. If you have a negative personality, the only way to change that is to take active steps in becoming a better person. Its all about determination.

HOW CAN MY PERSONALITY AFFECT OTHERS?..

Being positive and upbeat can influence everyone around you, and so can negativity. For example, a friendly smile to a stranger can brighten up their day as a glare can frighten them and demoralize them. Like the popular quote which says " Do unto others as you would have them do to you". While you might not be able to help it if you are having a bad day or if you do not like doing a particular thing, changing your attitude, changes everything. Complaining and sulking will only make time drag on when doing an unpleasant task. Try as much as possible to always have a positive personality trait in every aspect of your life. That would go a long way in portraying you as an individual worthy of emulation. Basically, being a pleasant person helps everyday. However, understanding your personality trait is a great way to start the journey into self discovery. Remember if you are up for the challenge, you can make positive changes in the lives of the people you come across. Your personality speaks for You..
