While a lot of people might have similar personality traits, each person combines their own traits in a different way to create one unique, irreplaceable set of traits that make up that individuals personality.
There are many different personality types and it is sometimes difficult to classify a person into a single type as a result of that. The best way to determine a positive personality, is for you to consciously create your own personality. It is as simple as that, knowing fully well that your personality is who you are, you must strive to build a positive personality that would affect others.

Complaining and sulking will only make time drag on when doing an unpleasant task. Try as much as possible to always have a positive personality trait in every aspect of your life. That would go a long way in portraying you as an individual worthy of emulation. Basically, being a pleasant person helps everyday.
