Download a subtitle file in .sub extension for the video you want.

Copy the file to the same folder where your video file is.

Rename the .sub file to the same name with your .avi video file. Eg

If your .avi video file is Bleep.avi rename your .sub subtitle file to Bleep.sub and place in the same folder.

Open your smartmovie player, play the video and watch your subtitle display at the bottom of your screen.
