i have the same issue...but next time i willwithdraw my money in full.it shows 'transaction failed if it i a new card change the pin'.some acct were even credited again...........to know if your money is still intact,check the letter that come with the atm card.you will see a long list of number,that is the acct number.go to the bank and confirm your balance

I have thrown away dat paper and I am having same problem,... How did u solve urs?

Go to d bank where it was issued to collect a new pin for the atm card

this is serious problem.i got to the bank today,collect the new pin,but still the same old issue .i was advice to call gtconnect. on calling,i was told the card has been deactivated and told me to get a new pin,which i told the lady in charge the measures i taken. she insisted that i should request for a new pin.............well i will try but i'm not sure what the outcome will be

Please when will the next agbami scholarship commence, and please can anyone help with information on how a direct entry student can apply ..

GTB IMO are all Bastard Fraudsters who are highly INCOMPETENT. Could U believe that they have been telling me come 2day, come 2morrow because of website error, only for me to Pressure the FOOLS today & they made calls and found out the Hadn't been using a functioning site... As if data isn't enough, they answered some girls that came after me, not processing my own (Because I was harsh on them). I've already spent N 20,000.00 on transport just for a N100,000.00 Scholarship. Tomorrow is the Final SHOWDOWN!!!!!!!!!!

People who had this problem solved theirs by going to the main branch of GTB in their state to apply for a change of pin. So, you can go ask at any branch of GTB and ask if they can help you with it

u can withdraw 4m anoda bank but d #65 charge applies if u withdraw more dan 3times...

Sorry if i doubt you a little,... My coursemate told me he was not charged on his 3rd withdrawal. Have you tried it and you were charged.

Charge applies on fourth withdrawal on anoda bank not third.
