Gone are the days when employers looked out for potential assets,now its show time for''THE EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS''. Day by day dreams are shattered because of the phrase''We are sorry but we need an experienced Professional''. Days roll into months and months into years and a fresh graduate is no longer fresh for the labour market. Recruiters should take note that the percentage of THE EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS is reducing day by day and will continue to drop if POTENTIAL PROFESSIONALS are not given a chance. On behalf of POTENTIAL PROFESSIONALS like me We say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I am a graduate of French who thirsts for a career in Media and Advertising but has no work experience.
