We totally dissociate ourselves from National youth empowerment scholarship as we are not sure if its genuine.
But as for this (Federal Govt. Nigerian awards), people have been successfully applying.

Mainly Aptitude and Quantitative test questions (involving word problems, diagrams and analytical reasoning), with Current Affairs. You may as well practise some general English (comprehension, lexis/structures, synonyms/antonyms).
GMAT prep materials will be of help.
I just hope they havn't changed the format so much than when I wrote mine some years ago.

@olsey when I click on application centre it displays loading... is it a problem with there site ?

Check the timetable on their website or better still, check with your state scholarship board.

Every state has a state scholarship board (under the ministry of education).

but can't i write it in lagos instd of goin 2 my state??

There're various reading comprehension, quantitative and verbal aptitude textbooks you can prepare with. Walk into any standard bookshop and check their aptitude text section. I think GMAT texts may be a little bit too advanced (for Undergraduate scholarship), but can be helpful to an extent because it opens up your mind and concentration which is very vital to tests of this nature.
Also make sure you give "current affairs" some touch.
But, basically, these are tests one can write without any major preparation.

Is it compulsory to sign the registration form? Cos my HOD and registrar refuse to sign on it cos there is no room provided on the form for their signature. Someone help pls!!!

To be on the safest side of things, go to Ibadan for your test.
