The tips aren't bad.

With #1, 2-3 times a day can be too much for some people and once a day is fine. Really depends on what you're both okay with and this's different for every couple. Some couples talk every day or at least communicate via text every night before going to bed, others ...every other day or once in three days. The most important thing's not to wait too long before having some type of communication, otherwise the lady'll start to feel distant or disconnected from you and the r-ship itself. One week is too long. Two weeks is a definite no-no; I wouldn't even call that a r-ship. While you both need to have your own life apart from each other and do your thing, you should still remember to keep in touch.
