Four students were shot dead
yesterday. They were comrades who
stood against bad governance in thier
campus in a protest, one who claimed
thier lives. This followed the fact that
Nassarawa state university has been without electricity and water for
countless days and theVC seemed
unconcerned.

They led a protest that blocked Abuja-
Keffi expressway. The VC invited the
army who attacked unarmed students
like enemies. These brave comrados
were shotat point blank range, thier
bodies littered the floor and thier blood sank into the earth. Several others
including the SUG president; were
tortured and arrested.

The police and army have denied
shooting, the school has been shut
down. Alas, the comrades are dead, but
their labour will notbe forgotten. May thier souls rest in peace.
