He/She would have to wait to celebrate every 4 years. I really don't think there's anything bad about that. I for one rarely celebrate mine.

@ op, you can celebrate it in d last saturday/sunday of february or d first saturday/sunday of march.

they r still February and not March people so i always think dey shld celebrate on d 28th and not March 1st.
At least take permission from we that r 28th. I have friend dat is 29th, i have allowed him to share 28th with me since he wont celebrate until 2016

That leap-year celebration, i will advice you to wait until an year then you celebrate you birthday because every 29th day of any Feb. means leap-year for that year, so celebrating it on March is false birthday.

To the guys in the house, how lovely ll it be if your babe was born on the 29th of feb. Your pocket ll be saved from her birthday expensis during a the years that has 28 days in feb. #lol.
