Do not rely on the withdrawal method. Its not even up to 50% safe. The semen that comes out before the sperm can pregnant a woman.

The failure rate is very high except u are very disciplined and skilled in it.There is something called pre-ejaculation and it has been found to contain fluid cells which can impregnate a woman.Pre-ejaculation is fluid released before the real climax.The best way to use withdrawal method is to combine it with the 'safe' period to reduce chances of pregnancy.
You can try other birth control methods.

That has got to be the least relible method of child control. There are lots of birth control methods (condom, pills, IUD etc). try n find the one that's most suitable for you.
