Wasn't he depositing the sales the hotel acrued to the bank? Or did the management of the hotel make him a sole signatory?

Yeah! He probably commited fraud no doubt. But N1.4billion is no joke. Afterall we aren't talking of the Ghanian Cedis. Na dem dey carry 1.4billion cedis to go and buy agege bread and 7up (even after their denomination).
