please do i need to put in a sim card into the phone before i type the code in, because i tried it without sim card in the fone and it said code error @ idokojerry

1. Switch off the phone, Insert a sim card from another network

2. Switch on the phone

3. A window will pop-up reminding you that your sim is not meant for the phone and if you wish to unlock

4. The next pop-up is where you are to input the unlock code sent to you

That imei is invalid. Valid imeis starts with "35", "86" or "98"

Your prd shows its a Verizon branded blackberry. U can look up for paid unlocking services that offer unlock for blackberry's with imei so as yours.
