Hi,
Please I need some help. I am doing a proposal for a person who wishes to establish an International School in Lagos. We have drawn up a salary scale but I need people who are experienced to judge the scale and let me know where and how to make adjustment. The projected school fees is between 50,000 -70,000 and it is a nursery/primary school. We are working at say we have 100 students on roll:
(all money is in Naira and per month)
The Director -200,000
The Head of Montessori -60,000
Teachers -40,000 (12 of them)
Nannies -20,000 (2 of them)
Bursar -40,000
Nurse -30,000
Cleaner- 18,000
Driver -20,000
Security officer- 20,000
Store keeper -20,000
P/T Teachers -10, 000( 3 of them)
total monthly salary would be almost 1,000,000

Please, I would really like to know how to amend this scale if it is not ok. Thank you
