I want to enrol for the BOSIET training.I have many other Safety certifications both within and outside the country.

I would like those who have had the certification to share their experience(s) most especially job wise in terms of how much one could earn

As you may know, BOSIET is a training programme packaged for people who work offshore or will be exposed to offshore production in the course of their work. The training teaches personnels how to survive offshore in case of any emergency. Certification is valid for 5 years and is subject to renewal via fresh course. It's a necessary requirement to go offshore. Most, if not all oil coys with offshore work location sponsor their staffs for the training.
Having BOSIET certification on its own can not guarantee you job opportunities. This is because it's just a compulsory safety requirement for all offshore workers. It's not the job in itself, just requirement to be met before working offshore . Every responsible coy will sponsor its staff for the training.
Rather, focus your energy on obtaining certifications/degrees/trainings that are relevant to the jobs you seek.
