Owerri – Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), on Wednesday urged northerners in Imo not to entertain any fear of reprisal attacks. Uwazuruike reacted to rumours that northerners in the state would be attacked in retaliation for Monday’s bombing in Sabo- Gari, Kano. He said, in Owerri, that it was wrong for anyone to kill an innocent northerner residing in the state because many of the victims of the bombing were Igbo. He added that the MASSOB group in the state would join security agencies to arrest anyone who attacked northerners on the issue. He said that the bombing was meant to arouse the anger of the Igbo to fight back in other to disrupt President Jonathan’s administration. He pledged to support the president’s administration, adding that no amount of temptation would make him instigate problems that could lead to Jonathan’s failure. The MASSOB leader warned the public that any attack on northerners in Imo was an attack on innocent persons that had no part in the bombing.(NAN)

If massob are real soldiers, they would form an intelligence unit and try to infiltrate the bokos. If they cannot handle this simple information gathering exercise, how are they going to fight a war in 2015? Also bus operators should be more vigilant and employ well trained security people. ndi-Igbo in the North, live amongst yourselves. Buy a licensed gun if possible and fortify your houses. Get a dog too, to forewarn you of an imminent danger. If you live in a war zone, you might as well be prepared to defend yourself; whilst hoping for the best. you see, this is what happens when people put all their money and buy land to build mansion in terror zone. ultimately you become tethered to the property and loose the freedom to leave and go where you want. ibos built up mansions that hausas will not buy if you put on market. yoruba will do owambe in another man land but good luck getting him to erect or buy a mansion anywhere outside yorubaland.

Absolute rubbish. ''Why don't you'' is 100% correct as used. You are an intellectual midget wanting to correct a giant.

And why hasnt the foolish Federal Government done something radical and drastic like immediately make sure all buses are loaded at only certain terminals that are fitted with Armed Federal security guards and Presence plus Metal detectors? The entrance of the terminal will be as far from where the bus loads as possible to forestall any such acts in the future, or at the very least, limit human casualties. Im not saying they have to build a new bus terminus from scratch, what Im saying is they can convert i.e sections of old, disused soccer stadiums or some of the unused buildings in the country ( or some other open field/warehouse etc) into bus stations, make sure theres serious Military Presence patrolling, and secure the perimeter and make sure theres only 2-3 max entrances and exits all fitted with Metal detectors. They can build a modern terminal as they go about their business....

Oh, I forget, the other African First ladies will be upset if they dont get their N4Billion Mansion paid for by Nigerian Tax Payers.
