"Factory-tinted" means that after manufacturing the cars, workers get some tint films and place them on the rear windows and back passenger windows.

"Non factory-tinted" means that after purchasing a car, someone gets some tint films and places them on the rear window and back passenger windows.

How can the police tell which one was done in the factory and the one done by an outside vendor? I guess it boils down
to the age of the vehicle...newer cars will get a pass while old jalopy drivers will get living daylight harassed out of
their rear ends. ST...PID, if you ask me.

Laws against tinted windows are usually for front windows b/c the police need to have a visual of the inside of the vehicle and driver/passenger.

Nigerians and their laws...started with the almighty ECMR (now obsolete), Original purchase receipt (), tint permit (now obsolete), license plate (now obsolete/case pending) to ad infinitum.

The police boys and girls are smiling...to declare a full-blown war, all the IG has to do now is to legalize road-blocks again.
